Is speaking about Allah without knowledge Kufr

Question
Is speaking about Allah without knowledge Kufr?
reply

Sheikh Bin Baaz (May Allaah have mercy upon him) said: ´´ ... Because from the manners of the people of knowledge is to call to Allah upon Baseerah (clear sighted knowledge), with actions and to convey the truth with its Sharee´ah proofs from sayings, actions or beliefs.
They are the callers of the servants of Allaah and they guide according to the book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), they do not purchase with verses of Allaah little gains, rather they convey to the people the religion of Allah, they guide them to the truth in which Allaah sent His prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) with, and they are patient upon the harms in all circumstances...
So from this, it becomes known that whoever calls to Allaah with ignorance is not upon the manners [way] of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), neither is he upon the manners of the scholars, rather he is a criminal, because Allaah has made speaking about Him without knowledge above the level of Shirk because of the great corruption that it might cause.
Allaah (the Most High, the Exalted) said in His great book:
Say (O Muhammad salla Allaahu ´alayhi wa sallam) : "(But) the things that my Lord has indeed forbidden are Al-Fawahish (great evil sins, every kind of unlawful act, etc.) whether committed openly or secretly, sins (of all kinds), unrighteous oppression, joining partners (in worship) with Allah for which He has given no authority, and saying things about Allah of which you have no knowledge."
Al A´raaf: 33
So here, Allaah (the Most High, the Exalted) made speaking about Him without knowledge on the top of the levels of that which is prohibited, because in this Ayah the order begins with that which is less severe, then that which is more severe. So then it reaches Shirk and concludes with speaking about Allaah without knowledge
With this, we know the danger of speaking about Allaah without knowledge, it is from the great evils and from the dangerous major sins, because of what it causes from evils and misguiding people
Also, in another verse in Suratul-Baqarah, Allaah made it clear that speaking about Allaah without knowledge is from that which the Shaytaan calls to and commands people to do, hence it is not for the student of knowledge to be upon the way of the Shaytaan.
Allah (the Most High, the Exalted) said:
O mankind! Eat of that which is lawful and good on the earth, and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Verily, he is to you an open enemy. [Shaitan (Satan)] commands you only what is evil and Fahsha (sinful), and that you should say against Allah what you know not.
Al Baqarah: 168/169.
Look, O my brother at what Allaah said about this evil enemy and that he commands you to commit evil and sinful acts and to speak about Allaah without knowledge, for he knows the great danger and corruption that is caused when speaking about Allaah without knowledge.
For the person who speaks about Allah without knowledge makes that which is Haraam, Halaal, and makes that which is Halaal, Haraam and he forbids good and commands evil due to his ignorance
Therefore, it is obligatory upon the people of knowledge and the seekers of knowledge to be aware of speaking about Allaah without knowledge, and to give great importance to Sharee´ah proofs in order to have knowledge of that which they call to or forbid people from and so that they do not speak about Allaah without knowledge.´´ Majmoo´ Al-Fataawa. And Allah Knows Best...

Questioner
May Allah bless you, it is still not clear to me, even after reading this Fatwa whether speaking about Allah is Kufr (disbelief) or only a major sin....
Shaykh
Some of it could be Kufr and some of it could be below that, And Allah Knows Best...
